Resale Information
If your company is based in the state of Texas you must also complete the Texas Resale Certificate Form. If your company is located outside of the state of Texas and shipping to multiple locations, complete the Multi-Jurisdiction Form.
Account Setup
All customers are required to fill out the Partner Application, including original signature, regardless of desired terms.
Based on the requested terms, please allow 1-3 days to process your credit application (including reference checks).
Hakimi Distributions offers payment terms such as Net 30, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Net 30 Open Account terms are only available to customers located in the United States.
